1 · Scope

These terms govern every order placed through skydration.com with [Skydration B.V.], [Street 1, 1000 AA Amsterdam, The Netherlands], registered under [KvK number], VAT [VAT ID].

2 · Prices & offers

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Obvious errors in pricing or product information are not binding.

3 · Ordering & payment

Payment is handled by Stripe at checkout. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

4 · Delivery

We ship within the European Union. Delivery windows shown at checkout are indicative; see Shipping & Returns.

5 · Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, this right lapses for packs whose seal has been opened. See Shipping & Returns for the procedure.

6 · Product information

Skydration is a food supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied diet and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Keep out of reach of children.

7 · Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you mandatorily.

8 · Governing law

[Dutch] law applies. Consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
