1 · Where we ship

Across the European Union. We are online-only — Skydration is not sold in physical stores.

2 · Dispatch & delivery

Orders leave our warehouse within two business days. Indicative delivery: [1–3 business days] for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; [3–7 business days] for the rest of the EU. You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

3 · Costs

Shipping is [€3,95], and free on orders above [€35]. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

4 · Returns

You may return unopened packs within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Write to care@skydration.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. For reasons of hygiene, opened packs cannot be returned.

5 · Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, including standard shipping costs where the full order is returned.

6 · Damaged or incomplete orders

If something arrives damaged or missing, write to care@skydration.com within 48 hours with a photo and your order number — we will make it right.
